Context
The Central African Social Security Fund (CNSS) takes care of the insurance of workers and providers in this country. To modernize visitors’ reception, the management had a project to organize reception by distributing visitors and agents over 4 departments. The goal was to regain serenity in often crowded waiting areas.
Installation
The installation that we carried out, with our local partner PIST Company, includes a Diseo ™ reception kiosk with a choice of 4 services. The visitor receives a numbered ticket before being called through a video screen.
Benefits
Mission accomplished! Agents and visitors are divided into 4 different queues. This helps to divide the workload to speed up service for visitors.
