Context
Located 9km from Paris, the city of Orly has more than 23,000 inhabitants. Every day, many citizens come to the City Hall to find useful information. Therefore, the City Hall of Orly decided to install an information and consultation kiosk.
Installation
At the entrance, 2 Twana™ Touch kiosks are available, including one specially adapted for people with reduced mobility. On the screen, the citizen selects among 6 services and accesses to a dedicated website. He can take information, fill forms, print documents or make an appointment.
Avantages
Thanks to these kiosks, the City Hall of Orly has a modern reception and can answer quickly to the first level of citizen’s need.
