The City Hall of Grace-Hollogne goes into SaaS mode with Orion

The municipality of Grace-Hollogne in Belgium is located in the province of Liege and counts 22,100 inhabitants. The municipality had selected our eGestat™ solution to improve the reception of the citizens. With the evolution of their needs, this City Hall has just opted for the Orion SaaS solution.

To access the services of the city hall, citizens can now make an appointment from the website. Upon arrival, he identifies himself at a Twana ™ Ultimate interactive kiosk either by scanning the QRCode he received in his appointment confirmation email, or by entering his phone number. He then receives a numbered ticket.

Once done, he waits in the waiting room before being called by his number on a video screen.

The City Hall of Grâce-Hollogne has renewed its confidence in our products. With Orion, this city has now a modular solution that adapts to its needs. In fact, citizens will soon be able to take a ticket for a service at the kiosk without necessarily making an appointment before.
