Installation
The municipality of Grigny has selected the full SaaS solution Orion, including:
- Orion Appointment solution for making appointments directly on the City Hall’s website.
- Keo kiosk: for visitor identification with appointments and ticket distribution.
- 1 call screen for calling ticket numbers and appointments.

On Monday, June 5, 2023, the municipality inaugurated this installation in the presence of Mr. Philippe Rio, the mayor of the city. On this occasion, a publication on Linkedin explains the approach to modernizing the municipal public service:
“Since Tuesday, May 30 [2023], when appointment making opened, 153 appointments have been made, and the schedule is fully booked until July 13. While this is a novelty that many waited for, it is not the only one. The city has acquired a new appointment making software with a kiosk system at the reception area, allowing citizens to make online appointments and to improve and ease the handling of their requests. This is an additional step in modernizing and adapting the municipal public service to serve the people of Grigny!”
