Context
To improve its reception, the city hall of Joinville Le Pont set-up a single meeting point with the citizen. To direct him through his journey, the city hall selected our solution eSirius™.
Installation
In the hall, the citizen finds a single counter. The receptionist asks him the service he wants to go to, and he gives him a ticket thanks to a Diseo™ kiosk installed on the desk. Thanks to the number on the ticket, the citizen will be called in the waiting room through a video screen.
Benefits
This solution allows to welcome at a single point of contact the citizen whatever his demand. The video screens display the communication of the city hall and give more information to the visitors.
