Contexte

Each month, 70,000 containers pass through the Congo Terminal. The company wants to become the gateway of the Congo Basin. Daily attendance is high in the office, so the Invoicing department asked ESII to improve the reception.

Installation

They chose the interactive kiosk Diseo™, on which the visitor selects between 3 services (Import invoice, export and delivery notice). The call of the next number is done with the digital signage solution eVideo.

Benefits

This simple system makes it possible to guarantee the order of passage for customers of the terminal and facilitates their orientation between the various services.
