Context:
HEC Montreal has turned to ESII to modernize its student reception system. The renowned institution of higher education, located in the heart of Quebec’s metropolis, has opted for a complete solution, with Orion and a Keo kiosk. The system was installed in the HEC Montreal student office, where the priority is to ensure a warm and efficient welcome.
A redesigned Student Reception:
This installation offers students a practical choice between a walk-in visit with the option of paper or virtual tickets, as well as the ability to plan their visit by making an appointment online. In addition to the Keo kiosk, two screens are mounted on the wall to call students, ensuring a seamless experience and comfortable wait.
Flexibility and Innovation:
Thanks to this new installation, students at HEC Montreal benefit from flexibility in their interactions with the student office. Whether it’s for administrative questions, registrations, or simply gathering information, the new system provides simplified and personalized access.
