Context

The Lagny-sur-Marne city hall is committed to an improved reception of citizens thanks to the Orion ESII solution integrated with the citizen portal of the Arpege company.

The citizen makes an appointment directly on the citizen portal available online. On arrival, he identifies himself on the ESII Keo kiosk with his phone number. The Orion software, being interfaced with the Arpège solution, recognizes the appointment and guides the citizen to guide him during his journey at the same time as the walk-ins’ visitors who came without an appointment.

“Before the installation of the solution, the public waited in line, at the reception desk, to be received and directed by the receptionist. People had to wait a certain amount of time before being able to be directed, which created frustration.
