Installation
They selected the Appointment solution to offer an organized and seamless reception. First available for the ID card and passport, the appointment purposes will expand to the housing and buildings Department.
In the City Hall, the citizen informs about his arrival on the interactive kiosk Twana™ Ultimate entering his appointment code or scanning a QRCode. When you come without an appointment, you can take a ticket on this kiosk for the service you want.
