And what better way to find out what you really think of our work than through a satisfaction survey?
You will therefore not be surprised to learn that we rigorously monitor our customer satisfaction through regular surveys. These surveys, which allow us to have direct feedback, are then analyzed in depth to draw up an objective assessment of our strengths, but also areas for improvement.
So, what do our customers say?
We are particularly proud to share with you the results of our latest survey. Here are the main figures that illustrate the level of satisfaction of our customers:
- 92% of respondents say they are satisfied or very satisfied with the suitability of the solution to the need. This means that our solutions meet our customers’ expectations and adapt effectively to their specific problems. This is essential data that shows that we understand and anticipate our customers’ challenges.
- 90% of respondents say they are satisfied or very satisfied with the installation process. Installation is a crucial step, which can be a source of stress for our customers. Knowing that 9 out of 10 customers are satisfied or very satisfied with the installation process is a testament to the quality and professionalism of our teams and partners on site.
- 90% of respondents say they are satisfied or very satisfied with the hotline’s responses. Responsive and competent support is essential to provide a good customer experience after installation. It is also the assurance of a successful business relationship in the long term.
The importance of customer satisfaction
We firmly believe that the satisfaction of our customers reflects the quality of our services and products. These results are therefore the fruit of a collective effort: from the design of our solutions to their installation, including technical support, each member of the ESII team is committed to providing impeccable service.
But these figures, although encouraging, are not a reason to rest on our laurels. Customer satisfaction is a living process, and we do everything we can to constantly improve our solutions, our services, and the experience we offer our customers.
