Context
The city of Sunny Isles Beach is located in the Miami metropolitan area (Florida – USA) and has 21,000 inhabitants. To improve their reception, the municipality opted for Orion, the queue management solution in SaaS mode, and the Keo™ reception KEO.
Installation
Citizens who have to go to the city hall can make an appointment online. He receives in the confirmation email a QRcode that he must scan on the Keo™ terminal on the day of his visit. This allows him to identify himself and let the agent know he is here. He receives a numbered ticket to be called to the counter where he is expected.
Citizens can also come without an appointment by choosing their service directly on the Keo™ kiosk. The journey is the same: he receives a ticket and is called via a video screen to a window.
Benefits
The Orion solution manages the citizen journey seamlessly from making an appointment until the visitor leaves the building. People with or without an appointment can be received altogether, allowing a reduction in waiting, which is beneficial to visitor satisfaction.
