Context
Located 10km from Paris, the town of Champigny-sur-Marne has almost 80,000 inhabitants. The municipality wanted to change its queuing system to transform the citizen’s reception in a truly modern citizen journey. To do this, we have installed our SaaS mode solution Orion.
Installation
The citizen journey starts online with appointments made directly on the city hall’s website (for ID records and housing services).
To check-in the day of his visit, the citizen can use a Keo™ kiosk in self-service or he can go to the reception counter to take a ticket from a reception agent. 2 Keo™ are available at the counter for the agents.
Then, 2 video screens display the call of the citizens in the waiting room by their number.
Benefits
The municipality of Champigny-sur-Marne enters the area of e-administration to offer citizens a digital and omnichannel experience. With the new Orion solution, citizens can make appointments all week long, 24/7, without overloading the switchboard, thus freeing agents for tasks with higher added value.
