Context
In the Duty-free zone of the Geneva Airport, the shop Aelia Dutyfree wanted to optimize the waiting line because of a lack of space. We offer to install the eZQ™ solution, single line at checkout.
Installation
Before the 9 check-outs, a single line is installed with a video screen that displays to the customer the checkout he has to go to. To call the next customer, each checkout is equipped with a radio call box.
Benefits
This solution decreases the real and perceived waiting time. This solution materializes the waiting line and optimizes the placement of customers to avoid intrusion on the retail space.
